Airwave Studio is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing
product team in New York. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define
and craft intuitive user experiences across our suite of digital products.
This is a high-impact role where you'll lead entire design workflows from user research to final polished
deliverables, while mentoring junior designers on the team.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design projects from discovery through delivery
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing
Develop and maintain the design system alongside senior engineers
Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data
Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers
Requirements
5+ years of UX/UI design experience in product-focused environments
